hi, i like all those decorations & scent when i first arrived to hotel. the staff trying to solve my issues which I thought i already paid the money using card which i used for booking. i was quite confused but it went smooth anyway

Because the location is slightly away from city centre, it is not crowded like hotels inside the city centre. I prefer less crowd even if I require to travel for shopping in the city centre. There is a nearby Aeon shopping mall about 5-7min drive. The lobby area is beautiful too.

The location is nice, restaurants and other shops are located nearby. Staff are very intuitive attending our needs, the bed are very comfy and for Muslim, they are providing prayer mat in the room. The breakfast is good, they have local and western delicacies to choose from

The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. The room is a bit old but comfortable in general. The hotel lobby has a very nice retro vintage design. Sound proofing could be improved but overall acceptable. Hotel location is good (only a few mins away to Jonker Street and Heritage Trail by car).

Room was very clean and we love the ambiance at the lobby and the swimming pool, parking space was also huge and many options. I woul really suggest for anyone who is visiting Melaka to come and stay here.
